Description

Tingsha are small cymbals used in prayer and rituals by Tibetan Buddhist practitioners. Two cymbals are joined together by a leather strap or chain. The cymbals are struck together producing a clear and high pitched tone. 

It is used during Yoga practices, Meditation, Sound healing, Mindfulness and Music. Tingsha along with the other instruments in meditation create a sonic tapestry effect.

I think these tingsha bells are so beautiful and interesting to use. To properly use and get the right high pitch effect I would watch some videos and do some research as these are used in Tibet to get great benefits from as well as in rituals.
