- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping cost for return transit is payable by the customer. (exception when you receive wrong product)
- Communication with M/S Folk Bazar is only taken into account (Please ignore any refund amount details via email/sms from 3rd Party e.g. Shiprocket).
- At times return courier service is unavailable so in that case you may ship us via courier service available locally in your area.
- For COD orders, we'll need your bank account details to process the refund.
- Orders placed during Sale will be eligible for return if product received is defected.
If you are unsatisfied with our products please contact us within seven days of your delivery date to apply for a return.

- Description of the issue(s) with the product/s
- A picture that clearly highlights the issue with the product/s
Based on the above information, our team will verify and follow up with you. You'll receive the necessary return details and the refund amount that you’re entitled to. Upon your confirmation we'll initiate the return.
After your product has been received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges work similarly like returns. In order to receive the exchange item, you will need to pay for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the payment, and the returned item has been picked up from your place, your exchange item will be dispatched.
